Company History

In 1900, Albert Winssinger commuted on horseback around Brussels plying his trade in property and land appraisal services. Generations later, his grandson, Reggie Winssinger, moved from Belgium to California to attend UC Berkeley, graduating in 1965. He returned to Belgium to start his career in Real Estate, following in the steps of his family elders. Over a decade later, the lure of the West and his UC Berkeley connections drew Reggie back to California. Reggie eventually settled in Phoenix, AZ, and started a Real Estate Investment and Development company which gave birth to RW Partners (RWP).
In 2006, Reggie’s son Frederic joined RWP after moving with his family from London, England. Frederic brought 15 years of institutional investment experience to RWP thru his various equity fund management positions at JP Morgan and other fund management groups. RWP continued to take a principal role in Real Estate investment syndications deals, but as leadership transitioned from father to son, Frederic pursued his goal to diversify RWP’s investment strategy into multiple asset classes.
Today, RWP operates as a Family Office, overseeing the US assets of the Winssinger Family as well as those of its long-term partners.

RW Partners manages and operates core Real Estate Assets with its in-house staff. Its Assets include multi-family, medical office, retail and flex-industrial properties located primarily in Arizona.
